- New enrollees in WBC have two (2) consecutive years in which to complete the requirements for graduation. If you do not complete WBC this year, you may return next year and complete classes and/or outings that you missed this year, without paying the registration fee again. To return, you must present your WBC ID card from this year at next year's registration. As a returning student next year you will need to arrive at the very first meeting in January 2011 or pre-register online or by mail letting us know your intent to complete the course in the year 2011.
- If you lose your WBC ID card during this year, you may obtain a new card by paying $10.
- Harassment, drunkenness or any behavior deemed disruptive by a WBC Staff member or Chapter Outings Leader will not be tolerated. Such behavior will be grounds for immediate dismissal from WBC and all functions.
- Guns, electronic sound-generating equipment, pets, and children are not allowed in class or on outings.
- WBC encourages you to car pool to conserve resources but it's staff and/or leaders cannot organize car pools or caravans because of liability issues. However the leaders will usually set aside time during the class for you to make your own arrangements.
- You are responsible for you own safety and well being. If you do not feel safe performing some aspects of an outing, notify the leader and request an alternative.
- It is your responsibility to "stay found" at all times.
- If you regularly share equipment with another student and that student is absent on sign-up night because of an emergency, you may act to get both of you signed up on the same outing. In no other instance can you arrange to sign up another student.
